Today started with a prayer 

My strength

My wisdom

Seeking guidance 

Knowing I'm not beyond repproach

Condemning myself 

For actions not acceptable 

Yet keenly aware

Without you...

Without your presence

In my life

I'm inclined to fail

I'm condemned to a life of solitude 

Aiding and abetting 

Love's desire to shine
