Today...

I felt a feeling

Unlike any of the feelings before

Antagonizing me in ways

I pray I never experience again

Knowing in days passed

Selfishly placing our tomorrow in jeopardy

And moon sits blissfully in the comforts of darkness 

I thank God for his grace and mercy

For allowing me to return to you

Tomorrow means absolutely nothing 

When today is filled with grief

Ignoring the effects of wrecklessness 

The introduction of chaos and confusion
