Mighty Long Ways

Jehovah through her I've witnessed

A joy untouchable by men

Anointed in the blood of Christ Jesus

From troubled waters

To the soothing blessings

That pours the falling waters of heaven

My God...

Such a wonderful blessing I've found

So long I've searched

Jehovah you gave what I needed

Provided what I lacked

A prayer warrior

My rib..

My strength..

The woman...

The woman that would keep me straight

When the world gave me reason to lean

That woman that would hold me tight

When everyone else let go

No matter my personal determination

She'd say...

Baby it's alright...

Jehovah is always in control

And Jesus deserves all the praise

Knowing he has brought us a mighty long ways
